nesh Institute of Management studies (GIMS) is a constituent college of Ganesh group of institutions, Bhubaneswar. The group started its journey in academics way back in 1997. Excellence in academics has been the keyword of the group since its inception. This has been possible through closely supervised study in an intellectually stimulating environment, together with an emphasis on student welfare and close contact between staff and students. All these are backed by a system that ensures quality is constantly monitored and standards are reviewed and maintained.
We at Ganesh group of institutions are passionate about excellence in education and are rapidly moving towards developing education that is highly relevant both in terms of context, content and delivery in our state. Our consistent endeavors to provide high-quality education to students in various disciplines have been recognized and acknowledged. Over the years, the Institutions under the group have been continuously evolving by pursuing and inculcating several innovative ways of teaching, learning, and experience-sharing by demonstrating accomplishment of time-bound mission-oriented goals.
This recognition and acceptance from the stakeholders have encouraged us to add another feather in our cap. We have started a new management institute Ganesh Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) in Bhubaneswar from the academic session 2020-21.
The MBA program comprises of 32 courses, 18 are compulsory and remaining 14 courses are electives which students have to choose from two specializations. The specializations offered are Marketing, Finance, HRM and Operations. Apart from this, the students have to complete Summer Internship Program and seminar presentations in two years spread over four semesters.
